Shipping policy
Processing & Delivery
Every PORTUS suitcase undergoes a final quality inspection before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 12–22 business days
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Delays caused by customs processing, national holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@byportus.com and we'll look into it for you.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
PORTUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Any orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties will be subject to the return conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PORTUS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost (no tracking update for 20+ business days after dispatch) or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to file an investigation with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier's response.
